Cookies ‘n Cream Pie

This is one of those classic American desserts that make customers want the recipe. Our pie has a layer of homemade chocolate mousse and moist chocolate cake and sits on a rich chocolate crust. Decorated with Oreo halves placed in whipped cream rosettes. You can’t go wrong, because it’s simply delicious!
